Daulat Ram Engineering Services (p) Ltd. provides a wide range of in line self cleaning filters that are designed for ease of operation and maintenance. These filters are designed to increase the efficiency of production lines. They filter contaminated and oversized lumps (up to 15 microns) from liquid products with an industrial self cleaning strainer.

Self cleaning feature enables the filters to increase production rates by largely reducing maintenance time. Hence, time and effort required to change strainer elements or slowing down of throughputs due to blockages are eliminated.

Available in a range of different models, these self cleaning strainer models can easily be adapted to fit anywhere into your production line, improving sieving efficiency and accessibility for the operator.

These filters are provided with pre filtration perforated filter for removal of oversized particles from the inlet for better operation. Spring loaded silicon lined scrapper eliminates the need for bags which in turn, reduces ongoing costs and is environmental friendly.

The system is provided with pressure actuated automatic solenoid valves for timely removal of collected debris from drain pipe. Pressure transducers are also provided for proper monitoring of the system in working condition.

These self cleaning filters are equipped with flange joints for easy removal of inside filter and scrapper which in turn reduces the maintenance time by facilitating the operator with easy removal of components.

The overall system is heavily built with stainless steel design for elimination of any oxidation and the structure is completely enclosed with water sealed joints minimizing product contamination and safeguarding the health and safety of operators from hazardous fumes or liquids.
