• Q : Where can I submit my resume?

• Q : When can I expect to hear back from you?

  A : We appreciate the time and interest you have taken to apply for the position at DRESPL. Those who best meet the requirements for the job will be contacted by our recruitment team. The candidates who are not shortlisted for current position, their resume will be saved in our resume data-base for upcoming vacancies in future.

• Q : What happens after Short listing of Resume?

  A : We do have step by step selection procedure:

  • All short listed candidates shall be called for written exam according to the qualification mentioned in the resume.
  • Short listed candidates shall be called for following interviews.
    • Preliminary interview by HR team.
    • Technical interview.
    • Practical test.
    • Final Interview with 'MD'.

• Q : What happens after the Interview?

  A : Final selection will be done after reviewing all the aspects on the following:

  • Performance in Written Test.
  • Practical Test.
  • Suitability to our Organization.
  • Compensation etc

• Q : There are multiple jobs I am interested in, should I apply for all of them?

  A : Yes, please apply for each position that best suits your qualification.

• Q : The position I am applying for is not in the city where I live, if my interview is successful, would I get assistance with relocation?

  A : Shall be discussed at the time of interview.
