ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVEHIGH REACH PANTOGRAPH

This Pantograph is designed for satisfactory performance upto speed of 200 kmph under contact wire heights varying from 4.54 m to 7.57 m from the rail level. The maximum extension of this Pantograph is 3.8 meters from locked down height. This Pantograph is a lightweight, robust & compact, suitable for use under existing OHE as well as under the OHE of dedicated freight corridor where the contact wire varies from 4.54 m to 7.57 m from rail level. This Pantograph is with air bellow operated mechanism for raising & lowering preferably. This Pantograph has a pneumatic control system allowing the control from the driver cab of the Locomotive for raising & lowering of the Pantograph. There is a specific mechanism to slow down the Pantograph at strock ends when raising & lowering without shock.
